A facilitator of group workshops and individual processes, offering a steady, non-judgemental, and attuned presence.
My work is shaped by lived experience and an ongoing commitment to learning, alongside an MA in Participation, Power, and Social Change, with a focus on participatory processes and reflective practice.
I also draw from training in person-centred coaching, Zhineng Qigong, Hun Yuan Qi therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). These foundations inform my Systemic Wellbeing Framework, which integrates embodied, relational, and systemic perspectives.
In both group and one-to-one settings, I create spaces grounded in deep listening, psychological safety, and respect for each person’s inner wisdom.
I facilitate processes that are responsive, supporting what naturally emerges while keeping participants’ agency, pace, and voice at the centre.
