
I am a seeker and a long-life learner. Life itself has been my greatest teacher, and I’ve followed its lessons through many forms.
My path has led me through diverse working environments, which included group facilitation to more individual-focused support. Along the way, I’ve studied various modalities, always guided by a desire to follow what felt meaningful and true.
Health challenges brought a shift in direction. That’s when I encountered Zhineng Qigong. This holistic approach became a deep turning point. Out of that experience I promised myself: to share only what I’ve truly lived, and what has made a real difference in my own healing and growth.
My work is part of that promise, comes from lived experience, shaped by years of learning, adapting, and listening deeply to life’s invitations. It weaves together insights and practices informed by different modalities and wide range of knowledge, and philosophies which have supported me, offered with the hope they may support others too.
