My work centres on holistic and systemic wellbeing, integrating Zhineng Qigong, NLP, and Systemic & Family Constellations. I support individuals and groups who feel overwhelmed, depleted, stuck in recurring patterns, or out of balance—emotionally, physically, or within their relationships and family systems.
The core transformation I support is a shift from fragmentation to inner coherence—so you can experience yourself as whole, grounded, and self-directed.

This work supports you to:
Restore vitality and energetic balance
Cultivate grounded presence and nervous system regulation
Clarify emotional and relational dynamics
Release inherited or outdated patterns
Repattern limiting mental and behavioural loops
Gain systemic insight into recurring challenges
Reconnect with your natural direction, purpose, and inner truth
Over time, clients experience greater emotional steadiness, clearer boundaries, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of inner stability and freedom.

This work supports a movement:
From stuck to aligned
From overwhelm to clarity
From entanglement to inner freedom
From fragmentation to systemic wholeness
Clients develop a more harmonious relationship with:
Their body
Their emotions
Their lineage
Their life direction
This coherence opens the way to authentic expression, vitality, and lived freedom.

A deep, guided entry into embodied systemic wellbeing.
Looking through a systemic lens, one that sees all life as composed of interconnected and dynamic systems, a human being is not an isolated unit, but a node within multiple living systems. Each system influences, shapes, and is shaped by the human experience.
At its core, systemic wellbeing is the capacity of a person to sustain vitality, coherence, and adaptability across multiple layers of experience related to the key systems a human belongs to throughout life.
Systemic wellbeing is not about striving for perfection or avoiding suffering. Rather, it is the ability to move with life, to respond with presence, to hold complexity, and to remain in relationship with self, others, and the greater field.

Zhineng Qigong is a holistic practice that works with movement, awareness, breath, sound, and intention to support the body’s natural self-healing capacity.
I have been practicing and teaching Zhineng Qigong for over seventeen years. What began as a personal search for healing became a lifelong path of practice, training, and teaching. The depth and simplicity of this work continue to inform everything I offer.
Zhineng Qigong supports:
Nervous system regulation
Physical vitality and balance
Emotional clarity
Greater presence and coherence
Nature is not a backdrop, it is an active participant.
Nature-based sessions and Nature Qigong invite a direct, embodied encounter with the living world. The land, trees, wind, sky, and quiet presence of life become part of the process.
This work is more than a walk outdoors. It is an experiential journey that allows insight, regulation, and reconnection to arise naturally.
In meeting nature as an “other,” we often come home to ourselves; with clarity, validation, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Immersive, Experiential Spaces for Systemic Wellbeing
Retreats and workshops offer dedicated time and space to step out of everyday life and into a held, experiential environment for systemic exploration and integration.
Grounded in a systemic approach to wellbeing, these offerings draw on practices such as Zhineng Qigong, Systemic & Family Constellations, nature-based work, and embodied awareness.
They may support you in:
Deepening grounding and nervous system regulation
Gaining insight into personal or systemic patterns
Reconnecting with your body, inner resources, and direction
Experiencing reflection and learning within a supportive group field
Integrating embodied practices into daily life
Retreats offer deeper immersion over several days, while workshops provide a focused and accessible entry point. No prior experience is required unless stated otherwise.
Understanding the Difference
Facilitation creates a container for experience and insight to emerge—through modalities such as Family Constellations or therapeutic Qigong.
Coaching supports the integration of those insights into everyday life, helping you build clarity, structure, and sustainable change.
Many clients benefit from a combined approach:
Facilitation to access deeper layers of understanding
Coaching to integrate insights into habits, decisions, and daily life
The balance between these approaches is always guided by your needs, readiness, and intention.
Ongoing Practice for Systemic Wellbeing
The membership offers a steady, supportive structure for ongoing practice and integration. It is designed for those who wish to deepen their wellbeing through regular Zhineng Qigong practice and systemic awareness.
The membership supports:
Consistency and rhythm in practice
Grounding and nervous system regulation
Integration between sessions, workshops, or retreats
Connection within a supportive group space
